Ways to Give
Tribute Gifts
Celebrate family and friend birthdays or anniversaries with tribute gifts, or honor the life of a loved one with a memorial gift. And please consider remembering GHFC in your will.
Gift in Kind
Gifts in-kind are contributions of goods or services in lieu of cash. Items such as food, gifts for our youth, hygiene items, school supplies, etc. are helpful to youth in need of emergency assistance. Useful donation items may also include: Goods, like computers, software, furniture, and office equipment; and Services, like meeting space, photocopy and mail services, and administrative/financial support. Donors making an in-kind donation may be eligible to claim a charitable deduction for the fair market value of the gift.
Stocks and Securities
Contributing appreciated stocks and other assets can be of benefit to you at tax time.
Employer Matching
Many companies encourage philanthropy by matching their employees' donations. Please check with your employer about matching gift guidelines.
